The Australian Bureau of Statistics has released an information paper titled Measuring and valuing Australia’s ecosystems. This work was funded by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
The information paper is an introduction to Australia’s first national set of ecosystem accounts to be released in early 2025. These accounts will help us to understand how nature supports our economy and wellbeing.
