Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) due to an ongoing operation at Donnybrook.
The PSPA was declared at 6:44am, with the exclusion zone including Ann Street, Maud Street, Fisherman Drive, Alice Street and Mary Street.
Officers were called to an address within the exclusion zone around 5:25am, with specialist police currently negotiating with a man at the address.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area and those within the exclusion zone are asked to remain indoors until further notice.
