The Ballina Tourism Team is excited to announce the arrival of its newest merchandise line – Ballina Fishing Shirts!
Ballina has always been a popular destination for anglers and now you can fish in style with one of our very own Ballina-branded fishing shirts.
Featuring local icons like the Big Prawn, Ballina Lighthouse, North Wall, North Creek, fishing trawler, and local beaches, wearing one is sure to get the fish biting!
Whether you’re fishing, kayaking, stand up paddling or boating – the shirts keep you sun safe and are made from quick dry material.
Shirts are available in kids’ sizes 4 to size 14 and adults from small to 3XL.
“With Ballina being such an iconic destination known for its fishing, it’s exciting to be able to showcase our town on its very own fishing shirt,” said Visitor Services Officer Teegan Bruncke.
“Just like the prawn socks that started a craze, I think these shirts will be an absolute winner with locals and visitors alike.”
If you would like to purchase a shirt, pop into the Ballina Visitor Information Centre at 6 River Street, Ballina, from Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday and public holidays 10am-2pm, or phone the team on 1800 777 666.
