Reflections South Coast Parks Gear up for Easter and School holidays

Reflections Holiday Parks

With school holidays and Easter approaching, Reflections Holiday Parks on the South Coast is inviting families to connect for a discounted holiday on Crown land and experience the local events on offer in surrounding communities. Reflections Holiday Parks is supporting the NSW Government’s three voucher schemes for accommodation bookings and recreation activities, with almost 6,000 ‘Parents NSW’, “Stay NSW’ and ‘Discover NSW’ vouchers redeemed at its parks since February 2022. Minister for Lands and Water Kevin Anderson said the travel vouchers were proving popular with NSW families taking affordable breaks at Crown land holiday parks. “It’s great to see these NSW Government vouchers supporting regional tourism and jobs by helping people get out and about to enjoy our beautiful regions,” Mr Anderson said. “Caravan and camping provide the perfect getaway for families to enjoy quality time together, and Reflections has 37 holiday parks and 43 community reserves on Crown land in some of the state’s most spectacular locations, with profits reinvested back into the parks.” Reflections Bermagui Manager Chris Donohue said the South Coast parks are in great places at Killalea Reserve, Bermagui and Eden. “So many special family memories are created in our parks which have that unique South Coast vibe that visitors crave,” Mr Donohue said. “Our parks are well loved by caravan and camping enthusiasts and we are running plenty of activities during the Easter school holidays. Cabins book out fast, but we still have some availability. “We also get many guests who enjoy fishing our shoreline, a short walk from the park with the catch particularly productive this time of year. And don’t forget Bermagui is the king of festivals and events so guests are spoilt for choice.” Reflections Holiday Parks Bermagui is perfectly located for guests to experience a range of free musical and cultural experiences at the annual Four Winds Festival on the Easter weekend from 15-17 April at Barragga Bay. Just 5 km south of Bermagui, this event offers music from ancient Yuin culture to contemporary music, immersive video, cabaret style performances, silent films and guided meditation. Or travel further south to the Giiyong Festival on 9 April at Jigamy, Broadwater, just ten minutes North of Reflections Holiday Parks Eden. This important event brings Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities together to celebrate Aboriginal culture with music, cultural demonstrations, food, dance and spoken word performances. Reflections Holiday Parks Bermagui is making ten complimentary tickets available for guests who want to attend the Giiyong Festival. The 37 coastal and country Reflections Holiday Parks offer a range of accommodation from cabins, tiny homes and glamping tents to a rich mix of unpowered and powered sites.
