Facilitated by and with special guest Collingwood Football Club Captain , this event will give participants tools and skills to improve their mental health and to build stronger connections between one another and those they care about.

We invite men and male-identifying people to join in this safe and welcoming space, where we will engage in meaningful conversation to explore how they can better look after themselves, their partners, their friends and their community.
