A 32 year old female who arrived on the repatriation flight from London on Sunday 8 November 2020 has tested positive for COVID-19 while in quarantine at the Howard Springs Centre for ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Resilience.
The woman tested negative upon arrival but has since tested positive after being a close contact of a previously reported case.
The woman has mild symptoms and remains under the care of the AUSMAT team at the Centre for ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Resilience.
The total number of cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory is 42. All cases have been related to international or interstate travel, with no cases of community transmission.
