Emmy® award winning actor, Sarah Snook is home in Melbourne, leading a stellar local and international cast filming the gripping new series, All Her Fault.
Minister for Creative Industries Colin Brooks and VicScreen CEO Caroline Pitcher met Succession star Sarah Snook and Executive Producer Christine Sacani on the set of All Her Fault at Docklands Studios Melbourne.
After filming scenes in Melbourne suburbs – including Elwood and Williamstown, the production is currently shooting scenes at Docklands Studios Melbourne’s state-of-the-art virtual production stages.
The production – which was attracted to Victoria through VicScreen’s Victorian Screen Incentive – is creating over 2,000 jobs for Victorian screen industry workers, supporting 435 local businesses and injecting more than $70 million directly into the Victorian economy.
Victoria’s world-renowned crews and screen production capabilities are in high demand, creating high quality screen stories for global audiences. All Her Fault is testament to how Victorian screen talent, on both sides of the camera, is driving international screen production investment in our state.
Based on the bestselling novel by Andrea Mara, All Her Fault opens with Marissa Irvine expecting to pick up her young son, Milo, from his first playdate with a boy at his new school. But the woman who answers the door isn’t a mother she recognises – she isn’t the nanny, she doesn’t have Milo, and so begins every parent’s worst nightmare.
Set-up director and executive producer Minkie Spiro (3 Body Problem, Downton Abbey, Dead to Me) is joined by Victorian Kate Dennis, who received an Emmy® nomination for her direction of acclaimed series The Handmaid’s Tale. Dennis’ extensive directing credits include The Serpent Queen, Run, New Amsterdam and Offspring.
Sarah Snook stars as Marissa alongside an impressive cast including Dakota Fanning (Ripley, The Equalizer 3), Jake Lacy (White Lotus), Abby Elliott (The Bear), Sophia Lillis (It) and Michael Peña (Unstoppable).
Megan Gallagher (Wolf) is the writer, creator and executive producer alongside executive producers Nigel Marchant, Gareth Neame and Joanna Strevens for Carnival Films (The Day of the Jackal, Downton Abbey), executive producers Jennifer Gabler Rawlings and Christine Sacani, producer Terry Gould and associate producer, Andrea Mara.
All Her Fault is produced by Carnival Films, which is part of Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group.
This production is just one of the major screen projects filming in the state, including the Lionsgate and Netflix thriller War Machine and the Sony Pictures feature Beneath the Storm – which recently wrapped at Docklands Studios Melbourne.
