Earlier: A search and rescue operation for a man believed missing in bushland in East Trinity has entered its third day.
Police located a vehicle belonging to Freshwater man on Wednesday April 12 following reports from a member of the public, and the immediate area was searched, however the man could not be located.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition and his disappearance is out of character.
The search party included numerous State Emergency Services volunteers and aerial assets, including fixed wing and rotary aircraft, supported by drones.
