Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have today charged a second man in relation to a hit run collision in Echuca on 10 March.
The 34-year-old Epsom man was charged with accessory after the fact, attempt to pervert the course of justice, perjury, and destruction of evidence.
A 23-year-old man was previously arrested and charged with negligently causing serious injury, failing to remain at the scene of a collision and render assistance and dangerous driving causing serious injury.
Both men appeared at Bendigo Magistrates’ Court today.
