The Security Council met today to consider the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question, and were briefed by Antonia Marie De Meo, Deputy Commissioner-General for Operational Support, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), and Muhannad Hadi, Deputy Special Coordinator, Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process.
