A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in a crash at Onkaparinga Hills this afternoon.
The man was riding a motorcycle with a sidecar heading east on Coxs Hill Road, Onkaparinga Hills just before 5pm on Sunday 22 October when he was involved in a collision with a Toyota Prado heading the other way.
The rider, a 66-year-old Morphett Vale man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre by ambulance. His condition is listed as critical.
The driver of the four-wheel drive, a 46-year-old Hackham man, was not physically injured in the crash and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
There was no passenger in the sidecar.
Major Crash investigators attended and examined the scene and are assisting local traffic officers with the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Coxs Hill Road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
