Police are investigating a stabbing in Ceduna last night.
About 8.45pm Sunday 7 January emergency services were called to a motel on McKenzie Street after reports of a stabbing.
When emergency services arrived at the scene they located the victim, a 26-year-old Hindmarsh man, with a wound to his chest. He was conveyed to the Ceduna Hospital, before being flown to the RAH in serious but stable condition.
A woman known to the man, 28-year-old from the APY Lands, was arrested at the scene. She has been charged with attempt murder and refused bail to appear in the Ceduna Magistrates Court today.
