City Lifeguards have warned a large swell could create unstable conditions across the Gold Coast today.
Some beaches may be closed this morning.
Only swim between the flags and heed the directions of lifeguards and life savers.

Operation Clean Up kerbside collection is scheduled to start in from Wednesday 17 January for the following suburbs:
- Upper Coomera
- Biggera Waters
- Coombabah
- Hollywell
- Hope Island
- Paradise Point
- Runaway Bay
