Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Sheldon College’s home learning model played a pivotal role in ensuring there was no break in curriculum for its students, which has improved the College’s popularity amongst its key stakeholders. As student life began to return to some sort of normality after the government mandated home schooling phase during the COVID-19 lockdown, Sheldon College independently surveyed its three key stakeholders – students, parents and staff – to better understand the effectiveness of their home learning program and to measure the sentiment towards the College’s handling of the pandemic.
Even as almost 90 per cent of parents said they were very satisfied with the home learning system introduced by Sheldon College, the College received a massive acclamation with over 50 per cent of parents saying their opinion about Sheldon College increased, based on the manner in which the College responded to the COVID-19 crisis. “Sheldon College has always welcomed feedback that helps us deliver better experiences for our students and parents.
