Mildura police nabbed a man and impounded his car after he allegedly blew six times over the limit in Mildura on Sunday, 9 February.
A 48-year-old Mildura man was allegedly seen by passerby’s driving erratically on Magnolia Avenue about 4.30pm.
He was spoken to by officers and taken to a police station for an evidentiary breath test, returning an alleged reading of .304.
The man had his licence immediately suspended and his vehicle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1525.
He is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving offences.
