Major Crash Investigation officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Southern Cross on Tuesday, 12 February 2019.
About 11.20am, a silver Great Wall utility was travelling south along the Koolyanobbing-Southern Cross Road, when the driver failed to negotiate a left hand bend and the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The 58-year-old male driver, the sole occupant of the utility, received life-threatening injuries and was conveyed to Southern Cross Hospital where he later died.
