STEAM Events start in August

Two of our STEAM programs are returning. STEAM Zone and Robotics + Coding Club start back in the first week of August.

STEAM Zone

A fun, engaging session which explores different themes and activities each week. It is suited for people of all ages. Young children may need an adult helper. The first session is at Karama Library on Wednesday 5 August.

When: 3:30-4:30pm Wednesdays

Where: Alternates each week between Karama and Nightcliff

No need to book.

Robotics and Coding Club

A fun, interactive chance for kids to explore technology! In Term 3 2020 we will be working with Ozobots

Robotics and Coding Club is designed to encourage children to learn through exploring a variety of computer programming languages, software and robotics. The content is aimed at beginner to intermediate coders aged 8 years and above.

Robotics and Coding Club is free. Registering for this session is registering for the entire term.

Sessions will run in six week blocks during school terms. The first session is in Week 3 of Term (Darwin City – 4 August & Casuarina – 6 August)
