Police have charged six people after an allegedly stolen vehicle was intercepted by police in Yeronga yesterday morning, May 4.
It will be alleged that a 2017 BMW X5 was stolen from a Paddington address around midnight on Wednesday, May 3.
Around 9:30am yesterday, the stolen vehicle was spotted near a train station at Sunnybank and was reported to police and PolAir.
The vehicle was tracked for some time, before a tyre deflation device was successfully deployed on Fairfield Road, Yeronga. The vehicle continued until it came to a stop on Wagner Road, Clayfield.
Officers took six people into custody.

They both had their bail refused and are due to face Brisbane Magistrates Court today, May 5.

A 16-year-old Ellen Grove boy has been charged with Enter dwelling and commit, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, enter premises and commit indictable offence, serious assault police.
He was refused police bail and is due to face the Brisbane Childrens Court at a later date.
