This is the Business Council of Australia’s submission to the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources on the Exposure Draft of the Payment Times Reporting Rules.
The Rules are subordinate legislation to the Payment Times Reporting Bill which is
currently before the parliament.
This submission complements the recommendations made in the Business Council’s earlier submission on the Payment Times Reporting Bill.
