Super Rugby U16 and U19s: All team news for Final

The Super Rugby U16s and U16s Final are here as teams battle it for the title at Seiffert Oval on November 5.

It will begin with the NSW Waratahs taking on the Queensland Reds in the U16s Final.

The Waratahs cruised through the competition, including a 38-10 win over their Queensland counterparts, whilst the Reds have been an attacking juggernaut with over 220 points in their last three wins.

This will be followed by the ACT Brumbies hosting the Waratahs in the U19s Final.

It shapes to be a thrilling Final, with the Brumbies holding bragging rights after their after-the-siren win in round one.

The Waratahs have made one change from the side that dominated the Western Force, with Marcellus Iakopo coming into the centres.

It pushes Matthew Gough to the reserves, joined by Jai Callaghan.

Centre Onitoni Large captains the side as they look for back-to-back titles.

As for the Reds, they have switched up their line-up, naming a near brand-new backrow of Gray O’Neill, Oliver Nasser and Jack Randall.

William Ross returns to the starting side, partnering Bennett Armistead in the second row.

Connor Clifford also starts in the centres, pushing Kilarney Lavender to the wing.
