Sydney’s only free entry Family Show and the largest of its kind in Australia, is proud to announce a new naming rights partner for its milestone 10thanniversary.
Revolutionary real estate agency, Purplebricks has signed with the Sydney Family Show ensuring the popular Show will once again be free for all families to enter this year, when it is held at Moore Park’s Entertainment Quarter, 13- 28 April, 2019.
Since entering the Australian market in 2016, Purplebricks has helped thousands of families realise their dreams and save thousands of dollars by providing a totally transparent innovative online platform, full service professional agents and a fixed fee alternative solution for selling the family home.
“We are thrilled to welcome Purplebricks on-board as our new naming rights partner for 2019. Our event is all about providing families with value for money and the chance to spend time together to create memories and enjoyable shared experiences,” Britt Osborne, Director of the Purplebricks Sydney Family Show said.
“With the support of Purplebricks, our Show will once again be free for all families. As a small family owned business we know how expensive the holiday period can be and so we are so pleased the Purplebricks Sydney Family Show is able to offer this amazing Show alternative for families this Easter to enjoy an outing together, without the expense.”
A sentiment which is echoed by the Purplebricks team.
“We have chosen to sponsor the Sydney Family Show because it perfectly aligns with our core values and culture, especially being an accessible, family focused show. Sydney is one of our most important markets so we are delighted to be supporting such a great event,” Neil Tavender, CEO of Purplebricks said.
The Show’s popularity has grown exponentially over the last decade and over 300,000 visitors are expected to walk through the gates for the 10thAnniversary Show which will run over the two week school holiday period, with plenty of new attractions lined up as part of the celebrations.
Making its show debut will be the Shaun the Sheep live stage shows, along with scheduled Shimano Fishing Tank Shows. The team from A Sound Life Dome will deliver music, yoga and meditation programs whilst a dedicated Variety Day will raise funds and provide support to those most in need.
For the more adventurous, there are plenty of traditional rides to deliver thrills and squeals including the Haunted House, Jungle Safari, Dodgem Cars, Mini Pirate Ship and many more, plus there will be a huge range of show bags to choose from, an extensive selection of carnival games and everyone’s favourite, the animal nursery, providing hours of fun for people of all ages.
Fans of a fluffy bunny or two will jump for joy with the news that the Rabbit competition will return on Good Friday. Visitors will watch on as the cutest little bunnies compete for “Best in Show” in the lead up to Easter.
The Purplebricks Sydney Family Show will provide incredible value for money, with free entry for the whole family. And for only one low price of $35 per person, kids and adults can enjoy unlimited rides for four full hours – or $110 for a family of four.
“Kids will be entertained for hours on end, and with the four-hour ride pass, you have the flexibility of spending the day how you wish without having to pay for each ride or attraction separately!
“Being a smaller-sized Show means our visitors also spend less time lining-up throughout the day, and it’s much easier to walk between attractions without the large crowds and hustle and bustle, providing a truly enjoyable family day out,” Britt Osborne, said.
To keep hungry tummies satisfied in amongst all of the action, an international food menu will also be on offer.
Parking is free for the first two hours at the Entertainment Quarter car-park and the Show is also easily accessible by public transport.
