Sydney Water is undertaking emergency repairs to the wastewater system at the intersection of Endeavour Road and Cook Avenue, Daceyville.
Temporary traffic changes are in place, and Endeavour Road is closed at the southern end near Cook Avenue.
Work started on Monday 2 September and weather permitting, will take approximately three to four weeks to complete.
Work hours are Monday to Friday between 7am – 6pm and, if required on Saturday from 8am – 1pm.
The repair work involves setting up the work area in Endeavour Road, Daceyville, locating the underground wastewater connections & pipe, excavation & repair of the wastewater system and finally restoration & cleaning the area after the work is completed.
There will be no street parking or vehicular access near the work areas and some traffic changes and controls will be in place.
This work will not interrupt any water or wastewater service.
