As part of Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Our Arts and Culture Plan 2024, we’re committed to delivering an exciting and accessible arts program to our Peninsula community.
That’s why we’ve come up with CREATE, a fantastic range of workshops where you can discover your creative flair. Our workshops include everything from drawing, sun art and ceramics through to lost wax jewellery, edible cake decorations, linocut and more!
We even have workshops for children and young people – including pop art, coloured pencil drawing and illuminated monograms – through our Youth Services Creative Catz program.
With so many diverse sessions across the Mornington Peninsula to choose from, there’s sure to be a workshop to suit everyone’s tastes and talent.
In fact, most of our workshops are suitable for those with little to no experience. You’ll be guided by expert artists and teachers at every stage of the creative process.
It’s all about getting in and having a go, learning a new skill, making new connections and creating something unique. You may just find your next hobby or passion!
These workshops are a great way to try a new artistic pursuit without the time or financial commitment of a long-term course.
Bookings will open 6-8 weeks before the start of each workshop, and new workshops will be added every few weeks. We recommend you bookmark our Arts & Culture web page and check back regularly to avoid disappointment:
