Police are investigating an armed robbery at a tavern at Elizabeth Downs, after a man armed with a baseball bat threatened staff and stole cash.
Just before 9am on Sunday 30 June, a man wearing all black clothing, with a black bandana over his face and armed with a baseball bat, entered the gaming room on Midway Road, threatened staff and made off with a small amount of cash.
There are no injuries. The suspect was last seen riding a BMX style bike away from the scene.
