Defence members and their families are encouraged to come forward and share their personal experiences with the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.
In a video message, Defence leaders detailed the number of ways to make a submission.
Chief of the Defence Force General Angus Campbell said no one would be penalised for telling their story and were fully supported to do so.
Deputy Chief of Army Major General Natasha Fox said you can make a public submission, or you can remain anonymous and if you do, what you share with the Royal Commission remains confidential.
