Central Coast Council will have traffic control in place along Terrigal Drive from 1-3 May while town centre improvements are being carried out.
The works include a complete vegetation clear-out of the garden beds along the western side of Terrigal Drive and are scheduled to improve the garden and enhance the amenity of Terrigal town centre.
The works are planned to go ahead from Monday 1 – Wednesday 3 May 2023 between 9am and 3.30pm (weather permitting).
A Traffic Guidance Plan (TGS) will be in place for the clearing of vegetation along the western side of Terrigal Drive, between Barnhill Road and Painters Lane.
Council will be working with the contractor to minimise inconvenience and reduce impacts to the community, however there may be some minor disturbance during this time, including:
- Stop / slow control and brief stop control will be required, so motorists may experience minor delays traveling along this section of Terrigal Drive.
- There will be some noise associated with the work and every effort will be made to minimise the noise by turning off machinery when not in use.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and patience during this important work.
