Arson and Explosives Squad detectives will prepare a report for the Coroner following the death of a third person after a house fire in Tyaak on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to a house fire on Cunninghams Road about 11.40pm.
Thirteen people were staying at the holiday property at the time of the fire.
A 33-year-old man and a six-year-old boy died at the scene.
A 34-year-old man who was taken to hospital in a critical condition passed away on Sunday afternoon just after 5pm.

Police are not treating the fire as suspicious.
