Local youth services, businesses and organisations can now apply for up to $1000 in grant funding to hold their events and activations during Youth Week 2025.
Youth Week will be held from Wednesday 9 to Thursday 17 April, and this year’s theme is I Am…We Are the Future, and the Future is Now.
Grant funding will support a wide variety of events and programs for young people, aged 12 to 24, meeting the strategic goals outlined in the Youth Plan 2024-2030, including:
- Opportunities
- Connection
- Safety
- Wellbeing
- Voice
- Sustainability
“Our Youth Week grants are a chance for local organisations, services and businesses to bring their ideas to life in support of youth in Campbelltown, while giving our youth a chance to further connect with our community” said Mayor Darcy Lound.
“We’ve seen great success with our grants program in previous years and growing participation each year, so I strongly encourage applicants to consider how we can continue to provide more opportunities for our youth and the many young families that call Campbelltown home,” said Cr Lound.
Applications for Youth Week grants close at 5pm on Sunday 2 March.
Successful applicants will be informed by Friday 14 March.
