Police and emergency services are currently on scene of a motorcycle collision in Three Bridges.
It is believed the rider has come off his bike on Mt Bride Road near Black Sands Road about 7:30pm.
The 17-year-old male rider has been transported to hospital with life threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances of the collision are still being investigated.
