Move in May is a fun way to get active stay healthy and enjoy the great recreational offerings of our city.
Whether you want to jump on your bike for a ride along our tracks and trails, work out at one of our outdoor exercise stations or simply enjoy a brisk walk with friends, is up to you.
By choosing the exercise that’s right for you, you’ll feel better, more energised and socially engaged. It’s literally your move!
