Latrobe City Council is pleased to welcome the Tour of Gippsland back to the region for 2019. As one of the premier races in the Cycling Australia ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Road Series Calendar, the tour will showcase not only Australia’s best riders but some of the best landscapes.
This is your chance to see Australia’s best cyclists battle it out as they race for brilliance on the streets of Latrobe City.
Stage 1 will be held on Friday 25 October with a 6km circuit race course around Gaskin Park, Churchill.
Stage 2 will be held on Saturday 26 October with a 8.7km circuit race course starting from Frys Track, Newborough.
Friday 25 October – Churchill
The Women will be completing 12 laps (73.1km) at 9.45am and the Men 14 laps (85.1km) at 12.45pm, both with a 1.1km finish.
Saturday 26 October – Newborough
The Men will be completing 10 laps (87kms) at 8.45am and the Women 8 laps (69.6km) at 1.00pm.
