Toowoomba Regional Council is suspending all non-urgent public water testing services at the Mt Kynoch Water Treatment Plant laboratory until further notice.
Council will continue to perform its critical daily water quality testing for the region’s water supplies to ensure compliance with all Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.
Testing services will continue for regular external customers, but they will not be provided for unscheduled and non-urgent customers.
Council will consider a limited testing service on a case-by-case basis. Please call 131 872 to discuss the matter.
The suspension of the public testing service follows state and federal government guidance around avoiding public interaction where possible to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus
