VIPER Taskforce detectives today charged three people and seized drugs, cash and prohibited weapons in Melbourne’s CBD.
Police executed a search warrant at a residential property on Lonsdale Street on Friday morning.
Officers located and seized items including a significant quantity of cash, a commercial quantity of 1, 4 Butanediol, five .32 calibre ammunition rounds, a taser, fireworks and a small quantity of cocaine, ketamine, methamphetamine, and ecstasy.
A 36-year-old Melbourne man has been charged with a number of offences, including traffick commercial qty of 1-4 Butanediol, traffick methamphetamine, prohibited person possess ammunition, possess prohibited weapon, and commit indictable offence whilst on bail.
He has been remanded to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court this evening.
A 22-year-old Melbourne woman has been charged with a number of offences, including traffick commercial qty of 1-4 Butanediol, traffick methamphetamine, prohibited person possess ammunition and possess prohibited weapon.
She has been remanded to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on this evening.
A 39-year-old Dromana woman has been charged and bailed for outstanding warrants.
