Two men have been taken to hospital after they were located wounded in Woodridge last night.
Police were called to Oates Park on Mary Avenue at 9.45pm following reports of an altercation between a group of men.
One of the men, a 22-year-old, sustained serious injuries to his back and underarm. A 27-year-old man also received a wound to his underarm when he came to the aid of his friend.
Both were transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment to their injuries.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
