Dangerous conduct with weapon charges, North Lakes
Detectives from Redcliffe Criminal Investigation Branch have charged four people following extensive investigations into a shooting in North Lakes on September 25.
It will be alleged just after 2am, police were called to a residence on Jersey Street following reports four gunshots had been fired into a residence, breaking a window.
A single occupant was home at the time of the incident.No one was injured.
It will be further alleged the offenders were not known to the occupant, a 32-year-old woman.
A search warrant was executed at an address in Windsor Place, Deception Bay on November 15 and police seized mobile phones and quantity of drugs.
A 27-year-old Banyo woman was charged with one count of wilful damage, three counts of dangerous conduct with weapon and two counts of unlawful possession of weapons Category D/H/R.
She has been remanded in custody and due to appear next before Pine Rivers Magistrate Court on November 18.
A 26-year-old Deception Bay man was charged with one count of wilful damage, three counts of dangerous conduct with weapon, three counts of unlawful supply of weapons Category D/H/R and two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon.
He is due before Redcliffe Magistrates Court on December 2.
A 25-year-old Deception Bay man was charged with two counts of dangerous conduct with weapon, one count of manufacture firearms, wilful damage, trafficking dangerous drugs, two counts of possess dangerous drugs and 75 counts of supply dangerous drugs.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear before Caboolture Magistrates Court on November 28.
