New South Wales police have arrested a 30-year-old Gladstone man in Newcastle in relation to an alleged stabbing at Barney Point in Gladstone on August 3.
The man was located at 8.40am this morning by Detectives and is expected to appear before the Newcastle Court tomorrow where police are expected to request his extradition to Queensland.
Detectives would like to thank Victorian and New South Wales Police for their assistance in locating the man.
Investigations are ongoing.
