Council will re-open the Altona Meadows Community Library, Hobsons Bay Civic Centre and Williamstown Library on Wednesday 24 November.
Altona and Newport libraries will re-open on Wednesday 1 December.
It follows the further easing of state government restrictions and recent re-opening of Altona North Community Library, which will continue to offer general customer service assistance and EFTPOS payments (no cash on site).
A COVID Check-in Marshal will greet visitors to Hobsons Bay Libraries and the civic centre upon arrival and will assist with checking-in. Vaccination status will be a condition of entry.
All libraries and customer service will operate on adapted hours, which are subject to change depending on demand. The hours are:

As Victoria reaches critical vaccination targets and restrictions are removed, Council will continue to open its building and facilities to the public in a measured approach to monitor local COVID cases and ensure our community and staff safety.
