The upgrade at has included:

- new road signs.
The project is funded by the Queensland Government’s South East Queensland Community Stimulus Program in association with Logan City Council.
Meanwhile, new traffic signals are being installed near Marsden State School to improve traffic flow and travel times, as well as boosting safety for vehicles, bike riders and pedestrians.
The new signals will be installed in the left-hand turning lane from , while pram ramps and concrete islands in the intersection will also be improved.
Both projects are due to be completed by the end of April.
