The University of Queensland has climbed the QS World University Ranking 2025 to be ranked 40 in the world.
The University maintained its position in the top 3 percent of the 1,500 institutions ranked.
UQ Vice-Chancellor Professor Deborah Terry said the results reaffirmed the impact of the leading research, teaching and innovation produced at the University.
“This position among the world’s top universities reflects the calibre of our researchers who are helping to solve local and global challenges,” Professor Terry said.
