US Immigration Candidates Look to Upcoming San Francisco Real Estate Auction

Williams & Williams, a leader in global live and interactive real estate auctions will hold a live and online auction for a historic San Francisco building Saturday, June 1st. A spokesman for the auction company said the building, 131 Franklin St. is being looked at by several foreign entities who are seeking to relocate executives to the United States.

Fontana Fitzwilson, Executive Vice President for Williams & William said the 4-level mixed-use building is located next to the world famous Chinese International American School and the exclusive French American International School. The current square footage is 9,580+/- and the building has the ability to add another four floors of residential units. “The building’s location in the Hayes Valley District puts it within walking distance to the new SF Jazz Center, the world-famous Davies Symphony Hall and international tech firms that include Twitter, Dolby, Uber and WeWork. Across the street are the exclusive French American and Chinese American School,” Fitzwilson said.

She noted that the upon meeting certain requirements, the L1 visa petition may speed up the immigration process to as fast as 30 days. Traditional immigration processes have waiting lists up to 15 years. “We strongly advise buyers who wish to pursue the L1 visa to consult with a professional immigration consultant.”
