The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) is moving and our current office at 733 Bourke Street, Docklands will close on Friday 31 October 2024.
The VBA’s new office at Level 19, 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne will be open from 9 am Monday 4 November 2024.
The VBA’s phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.
Our new office will still be available for walk-in visits within opening hours, however, we encourage the use of our . The VBA office customer service opening hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
To visit our new office, please first check in at the concierge desk in the foyer of 242 Exhibition Street. Please note, you will need to provide photo ID and a mobile number to be granted an access card to visit the VBA’s reception on Level 19.
