Visitor Information Centre/Customer Service Centre operations
The COVID-19 situation is rapidly changing and Colac Otway Shire Council is responding by adjusting Visitor Information Centre services.
From 18 March, access to VIC services will be restricted to phone, email and internet, with brochures still available outside the centres.
The doors of the Colac and Great Ocean Road (Apollo Bay) VICs will be closed until further notice, which will also impact Council’s face-to-face customer service at Apollo Bay.
Colac Customer Service Centre remains open, as of 18 March, however we strongly urge the community to contact us by phone or email or use online services if at all possible.
Colac Otway Shire Council is responding to advice from State and Federal Government that social distancing will help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
