Volunteering WA is pleased to announce that nominations for the 2023 WA Volunteer of the Year Awards are now open. We invite you to nominate a volunteer or volunteer involving organisation for their significant contribution to our community through volunteering.
Held during ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Volunteer Week (Monday 15 – Sunday 21 May), the WA Volunteer of the Year Awards champions volunteering across all sectors of the WA community. Each year, we receive hundreds of submissions about the powerful contributions made by both individuals and organisations around Western Australia.

The following 2023 award categories are now open for nominations:
- Excellence in Volunteer Management Award, presented by INVOLVE
- Volunteer for Multicultural Communities Award, presented by Office of Multicultural Interests
- Lifetime Contribution to Volunteering Award, presented by Silver Chain
- WA Young Volunteer of the Year Award, presented by the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation
- RAC WA Volunteer of the Year Award, presented by RAC
- Excellence in Corporate Volunteering, presented by NeonLogic
- Community Volunteer Organisation of the Year Award, supported by Lotterywest
Nominations close: 5pm Friday 3 March 2023
Finalists from each category will be invited to the formal gala dinner presentation at Crown Perth on Thursday 18 May 2023.
