Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Geoffrey Black.
The 39-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to burglary and theft related offences.
Black is described as having a slim build, 177cms tall with brown shoulder length hair.
He is known to frequent the Shepparton, Echuca and Bendigo areas.
Investigators have released an image of Black in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
