Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Joeby Webb.
A warrant has been issued for the 43-year-old in relation to bail and drug matters.
Webb is described as 180cm tall, with a solid build and short brown hair.
He is known to frequent the East Gippsland, Wellington and Latrobe Valley areas.
Investigators have released an image of Webb in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
