Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Scott Tulloch.
A warrant has been issued for the 42-year-old’s arrest after he failed to appear at court in relation to theft and deception offences.
Police have released an image of Tulloch in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as 180cm tall with a slim build and fair short hair.
Tulloch is known to frequent the CBD, Richmond, Collingwood, Fitzroy areas.
Anyone who sights Tulloch or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
