Bayside Council’s popular Waste Education in Schools program sees dedicated educators visit local primary schools to show students how to protect our environment by recycling.
The program is part of Bayside Council’s ongoing effort to promote environmental sustainability and responsibility.
With dedicated educators, like Marc from Keep Australia Beautiful’s Enviromentors Program, Bayside Council has been successful in spreading awareness among students about protecting the environment.
During a recent visit to Eastlakes Public School Marc conducted engaging sessions that focused on various aspects of waste management and its impact on the environment.
The interactive sessions allowed students to actively participate, ask questions, and share their ideas. Through hands-on activities and informative presentations, the students gained valuable insights into waste reduction, recycling, and the importance of responsible consumption.
