We’re excited to be re-opening the doors to some of our services and buildings, and welcoming you back in person!
The health and safety of our customers and staff is something we take really seriously, so there are a few important things you’ll need to know before visiting our facilities or buildings.
You will need to provide proof of vaccination
In line with Victorian Government requirements, all visitors to Council buildings will need to check in and provide proof that they are fully vaccinated, or a valid exemption.
It’s also a requirement that all staff working in Council buildings are fully vaccinated.
You must check in upon each entry
Check in QR codes will be located at the entry to our buildings and all visitors will be asked by a COVID-safe marshall to check in and provide proof of vaccination before entering the building.
Use our online services
Did you know you can make payments, report issues and make requests online? Save a trip to one of our centres by using Online Services. And as always, if you’re feeling sick, please stay home and get a COVID-19 test.
Be kind
Like everyone else, we are navigating our way through the easing of restrictions, so please choose kindness, compassion and understanding over the coming weeks.
We look forward to welcoming you back and thank you for playing your part in keeping our community safe.
