Well and Good Launches Gluten Free Crispy Crumb Range

Strictly gluten-free diets are often low in fibre and high in sugar.

Well and Good, a leading Australian manufacturer of gluten free ingredients, has just released three new varieties of gluten free Crispy Crumbs, which boasts an excellent source of fibre with no added sugar.

These Crispy Crumbs are perfect for coating chicken, fish, and vegetables, creating a yummy crunchy exterior. Other popular recipe options include topping casseroles, stuffing poultry, or as part of a filling in meatloaf and sausage rolls.

As with all the Well and Good range, Crispy Crumbs are free from gluten, dairy, egg, and nuts. They’re also suitable for a vegan diet.

The three flavours available are:

· Crispy Crumbs 300g – classic and lightly seasoned, best one to use if you like adding your unique flavours.

· Crispy Crumbs Southern Style 300g – Well seasoned with a combination of delicious secret herbs and spices.

· Seriously Low Carb Crumb Coating 300g – 74% Fewer Carbs than Well & Good Crispy Crumbs.

The Crispy Crumbs range will be available in Independent Supermarkets from late November 2021.
