WA Health is reporting no cases of COVID-19 in the State.
The State’s total remains at 1112. There are no active confirmed cases in WA. To date, 1103 people have recovered from the virus in WA.
WA Health is monitoring 112 close and casual contacts who have been to exposure sites in the and and have recently returned to Western Australia. This comes after several locally acquired cases were detected in those states last week.
To date, 84 people have returned negative test results. Testing of remaining contacts continues. Effective immediately, anyone who has been at the listed venues at the specified times in or the are required to self-quarantine for 14 days, get tested immediately (within 48 hours) and at day 12.
People travelling from Darwin, Katherine, Brisbane, Cairns or Goondiwindi areas, who are experiencing any symptoms, even mild, that could be related to COVID-19, should get tested and quarantine until they return a negative test.

Yesterday, 304 people were swabbed at State-run clinics. To date, there have been 1,895,409 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those, 217,954 were in regional WA.

COVID-19 vaccinations*
Yesterday, 19,258 COVID-19 vaccine doses were recorded in WA – 11,096 of these were second doses. The total includes 4204 historic COVID-19 vaccine doses*. These figures represent COVID-19 vaccinations at State-run clinics and doses given as part of the Commonwealth rollout**.

Bookings are preferred but appointments are no longer required at State-run clinics in metropolitan Perth and regional areas.
